SOLCOZM operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). SOLCOZM is Powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide the Services to you.

Your order is not accepted until SOLCOZM confirms its acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as SOLCOZM may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. Should your order not be accepted, be modified, or be cancelled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss passes to you.

SOLCOZM is supported by Shopify, and this enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with SOLCOZM. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not liable for any aspect of the sales between you and SOLCOZM, including any damages, injuries or losses arising from products and services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with SOLCOZM.

Even after termination, the following sections will continue to apply: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy and any other provision that by its nature should survive termination.
